International Exchange Centre is one of the ten service departments of Dalian Education University, which provide not only consultation service for local government, the education administration department and citywide schools, but also learning service for the citizens in Dalian. As important window and platform for the international exchange and cooperation of DLEU, the Center has been working on developing wide and beneficial international relationship and cooperation to increase the fame of DLEU in the world. 1. Develop friendly relationship between the organizations abroad and the university. 2. Co-operate with highly qualified agencies 3. Build up foreign experts data to meet the needs of the schools in the city. 4. Assist the other departments of the university for foreign affairs 5. Organize visiting teams and training teams abroad for the teachers and administrators of the schools on the Dalian. 6. Organize Chinese Culture Class for foreigners 7. Coordinate the relationship with the relevant departments.
